I’m really excited about the Emerils.com launch! It’s been about 9 months in the making and it feels really good to finally see it live. I feel like I’ve just sent my baby, that I’ve created and nurtured throughout it’s life, out into the cruel world. Feel free to take a look around and let me know what you think!

Well I’ve managed to make it through another Mardi Gras season safely, walking away with only a few scrapes and a bruised liver.  It was so much fun seeing and hangin’ out with everyone again.  Can’t wait until next year!
